Return/Exchanges Policy

We love our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. We’re here for you while you make your shopping decisions. Please understand that we have to maintain a strict commitment to our Return/Exchange policy for the benefit of everyone.
Try on clothing, use the testers that are available, test the pen & smell the fragrance, inspect the items thoroughly prior to purchase. Then if you find that you need to make an return/exchange this is how it works:
1) Always get a receipt, regular or gift. You MUST have the receipt present. For real, we love and appreciate you and yes, you have to have the original receipt.
2) 14 Days from purchase we’re serious. That's fourteen days from the day that you purchased. On day 15 it's too late. We’re open 7 days a week evenings and weekends. If closed for a holiday, it's still 14 days from the date of purchase. Within those 14 days you may return the item in acceptable condition for exchange or store credit only.
3) Items accepted will be in original condition, tags attached, unworn, unused, safety seals and packaging intact. For the health and safety of everyone certain items are not eligible for return/exchange and those include clearance of any kind, food and beverage items, subscription box items, mystery boxes, earrings, and custom ordered items of any kind .
4) Dig your wrinkled, frumpled, mochachino stained receipt out of your pocket, handbag, bookbag, car console, junk drawer and head this way.
5) Accepted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days from date of purchase.
6) Online returns/exchanges must be approved in advance. Customer is responsible for shipping item back to us. Shipping costs are not refundable and the responsibility of customer.
